Dear friends

I have the free version of video thumbnails maker, but i have problems trying to extract thumbnails from my videos. I have version 2.0.1.1

The first weird thing that is happening is that i tried to extract thumbnails from a movie that it was 2 cds (xvid files) and it extracted normaly from the first cd and failed at the second.

Also i cannot extract thumbnails from a simple XVID file like the following:

The message that i get from the Diag.log is:
RenderImage: Bad file or codec, [I:\my stuff\big revenge\cd1.avi]

15:22:50
Go: Can't process the big picture.

I have installed the latest klite code pack.

this is the information for the video:

Do u have any idea of what is happening?

At the ffdshow decoder configuration i tried libavcodec or xvid but again it didn't worked.

By the way Image Grabber II is working fine on this video.

1) Try to use another codec-pack (CCCP for example).
2) Try to use Extreme Engine.

Well i installed the CCCP but I had the same results.

I found out that the Video Thumbnails Maker worked in some videos and at others was just failing. All of them are encoded with XVID.

How can i be sure that Extreme Engine will work?

Thanks you.
